Prestige Companies is proud to share that Alexander Ruiz, Chief Operating Officer of The Prestige Companies, will participate in the Hialeah Housing Authority Landlord Summit 2026, part of the Annual Section 8 Landlord Breakfast.
The event brings together housing professionals, landlords, developers, and community leaders for a discussion focused on affordable housing and the important role of public-private collaboration in strengthening South Florida communities.
Alexander Ruiz will serve as a featured panelist alongside Alex Penelas, former Mayor of Miami-Dade County. Ruiz also serves as a board member of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, bringing experience from both the private development sector and Florida’s affordable housing community.
