A popular Doral rental community is officially a thing of the past. Fairways at Doral, a complex of 969 apartments, was sold in March for $116 million to Miami Lakes developer Prestige Builders Group. The community, which is located west of Northwest 79th Avenue between Northwest 48th and 52nd streets, is being converted into condominiums. It has been renamed Las Vistas at Doral.
